WELCOME TO THE TEAM
This week we had a very special moment: Three new colleagues from different countries and roles happened to be in the same place at the same time—our subsidiary in Slovakia—an opportunity we might not have had again anytime soon.
Those present were:
- Lisa Zhang, our new Global Strategic Procurement Manager from Wuxi (since February 1)
- Peter Kostka, new Head of Finance in Slovakia (since March 1)
- Viera Hanincova, future Head of Procurement in Slovakia (starting May 1)
On the spur of the moment, we seized the chance to bring everyone together around one table to get to know each other personally and exchange ideas. An unplanned, but all the more valuable moment!
Encounters like these show what sets us apart: a strong international presence, a genuine global footprint, and above all, diversity—in terms of countries, genders, ages, and professional backgrounds.
This diversity allows us to view things from different perspectives, to “think outside the box” in the best sense of the term, and to develop solutions that we might not have come up with on our own. We view current changes through a global lens—and are thus ideally positioned for the challenges of tomorrow.
