ENERGY DISTRIBUTION
New high-performance distribution lines are the backbone of the energy transition towards sustainably generated electricity. These will conduct the electricity from offshore wind farms, for example, to consumers in the industrial sector and to private consumers. We supply the suppliers of these power lines with machines and molds for the production of insulators for overland lines or high-voltage cable connectors for submarine cables or underground cables. These are almost exclusively elastomer composite articles or multi-component cable connectors that require extensive special know-how, which we can offer with our in-house mold construction. Due to the strong increase in demand, fully automated production systems are increasingly being used to manufacture high-voltage cable joints, which we realize together with DESMA Automation.
We offer a wide range of expert knowledge and suitable modular mold systems and have been a development partner and supplier to almost all well-known manufacturers worldwide for many years.
Energy distribution deals with the transportation and distribution of energy from the generation units (power plants) to the end consumers. This includes the necessary infrastructure and technology to ensure the efficient, reliable and sustainable distribution of electricity, gas and other forms of energy.

MOBILITY INNOVATION
As a leading global manufacturer of elastomer injection molding machines and complete production systems, we make a very important contribution to ‘Mobility Innovation’. We support the development and production of essential components for electric vehicles and means of transportation. For example, our machines are used to manufacture high-precision elastomer components for battery packs, fuel cells, thermal management and decoupling elements in electric drives for all mobility solutions. These components make a significant contribution to improving performance, safety and the longest possible service life as an additional contribution to sustainability.
We have developed an extensive range of special machines for this industrial sector and also have the necessary production machinery to manufacture large molds and cold runner technology in-house.
This industry sector focuses on the development of new technologies and solutions that change the way people and goods are transported. This includes electric vehicles, autonomous driving and sustainable transportation methods to make mobility more efficient, safer and more environmentally friendly. They are precisely tailored to the requirements of our customers and stand for efficiency and technological innovation. With our tailor-made technologies and production processes developed together with our customers, we enable the production of parts and components that contribute significantly to the generation of renewable energies and are characterized by their durability and reliability under tough conditions, such as components for electrolysers for hydrogen production, battery sealing systems for energy storage or medium-voltage cable connectors and high-voltage insulators. These components make a significant contribution to increasing energy efficiency and to the rational expansion of supply networks and the expansion of centralized and decentralized energy supply systems.

INFRASTRUCTURE SOLUTIONS
As a developer and manufacturer of elastomer injection moulding machines, together with our expertise in mould making and process development, we are an important partner in the area of “expansion and modernization of infrastructure for the sustainable use of resources and avoidance of throughput losses. Our machines and production systems are used to manufacture high-quality elastomer components that can be used for decades. These are indispensable for the construction and maintenance of critical infrastructures. In addition to seals for water and wastewater supply lines and special articles for water purification systems, insulation components for energy supply systems are also produced on our systems. In this industrial sector, particular attention is paid to reliable function over many generations, which we can support significantly through perfectly reproducible production processes.

Infrastructure Solutions refers to the construction and maintenance of physical and organizational structures that are necessary for the functioning of society. These include transportation networks, water and energy supply, digital communication infrastructures, public facilities and, increasingly, charging infrastructure for electric vehicles. These developments aim to improve the quality of life, support economic growth and facilitate the transition to more sustainable forms of mobility.

Mining Technologies
Our special elastomer injection molding machines and special processes make a decisive contribution to the extraction of raw materials. Whether for the mining and sorting of minerals or the safe extraction of fossil fuels, we offer solutions that have long been considered industry benchmarks and are in use around the world. Crucial components such as pump stators, vibrating screens, borehole sealing valves or drive or chain elements are manufactured on our systems. These components are used, for example, in the extraction, processing and refining of minerals and metals. Stators with up to several 100 kg of rubber, produced on our special machines, are also used in high-performance pumps. Our robust solutions increase the durability and performance of equipment even under extreme conditions. This is how we support the mining industry on its way to innovative and sustainable technologies.

Mining Technologies involves the development and application of technologies and processes for the exploration, extraction, processing and refinement of minerals, ores, fossil fuels and metals. Innovations in this area aim to continuously improve the efficiency, safety and environmental compatibility of raw material extraction.

Medical Technologies
We know how important every component manufactured on our elastomer injection molding machines is for medical devices and applications. Our goal is to develop and provide injection molding machines and safe production processes to offer the highest precision and end-to-end reliability in the production process. Our technology enables our customers to manufacture life-enhancing products that set standards worldwide. For this purpose, special machine molds and automation technologies are available that enable a process that is as fully automated as possible, taking into account the highest production standards. These include, for example, pharmaceutical stoppers, special handles for surgical instruments and cutlery, as well as sealing systems for sterilization. Special seals for medical devices or implants are also manufactured on our machines. The district in which our main plant is located is also considered a world center for medical technology. We are therefore very often involved in the development of innovative new products at an early stage.
From individual small series to mass production, we have flexible and very economical production solutions available.
Medical technology includes technologies that are designed to continuously improve health and quality of life. This includes innovations in the field of safe drug packaging, ergonomic optimization of surgical instruments, implants and medical devices in general.

Consumer Industries
Our elastomer injection molding machines and complete manufacturing solutions play a key role in many consumer products. The components produced on our systems keep washing machines and dishwashers ‘leak-proof’, for example, and ensure years of quiet and efficient operation. In addition, many household appliances or garden processing machines contain articles and components that are produced on our injection molding machines. Consumer products play a central role for us. Tailor-made products are manufactured on our systems that precisely meet consumer requirements. Whether flexible parts for electronics or durable components for leisure articles – our production solutions enable the manufacture of a wide range of high-quality elastomer components. In this way, we help our customers to develop innovative and appealing consumer goods for people and animals that can be produced efficiently in large series on our machines and production systems.
