Our colleague Marvin Reischmann recently spent about 2 weeks visiting our sister plant in China:
There he conducted an extensive training of our Chinese service technicians in order to meet the increasing demand and successful marketing of high-end machines with servo drive and our DRC 2030 TBM controller. Software adaptations to our DRC 2030 TBM can now also be carried out directly by the software team in Wuxi, which means that we are also very well positioned in China, particularly for more complex projects. These training courses are important in order to meet our requirement for a competent service team, support further development and strengthen our global service team. One of the reasons for this was the upcoming delivery of two machines to an important key customer.
