Customized DESMA technology in action
Did you know that DESMA not only offers standard solutions, but also develops highly specialized machines for the production of tire bladders?
The requirements for this type of production are enormous. To ensure the necessary precision and efficiency, we have specifically adapted our machine technology:
🔹 Maximum flexibility: Thanks to extended tie bars, we achieve an opening width of 1,740 mm – ideal for accommodating large-format molds.
🔹 Efficient demolding: A powerful central ejector within the clamping unit and integrated compressed air nozzles ensure a smooth process.
🔹 Precise thermal management: The temperature of heating plates and cores is controlled electrically, with oil, or via steam. Our intelligent control system regulates the steam valves, for example, precisely so that the target temperature is maintained constantly – for maximum component quality.
The attached photo shows one of these powerhouses, which has just been completed at our plant in India and successfully put into operation. A great example of global engineering expertise! 🌍🏗️
