Last week, our 2nd Global Procurement Meeting took place in Germany. Colleagues from India, China, and Slovakia came together for 2.5 intensive days to further expand our global impact.
The key focus areas on the agenda:
Performance: Optimized communication & shorter lead times with our partners.
Strategy: Further development of our global pricing strategies.
Efficiency: Consistent cost reduction through targeted initiatives.
Conclusion: Nothing can replace face-to-face interaction. Only by combining perspectives can we pursue a clear, shared strategy. Alongside the hard work, we didn’t neglect team building—because trust is the foundation of international success. 🤝
