Introducing our new trainees and students – starting with Lena Beck! 💪
Ladies first! 👑 Lena is the only woman in this year’s training program – and is starting her dual study program in mechanical engineering with us. She’s not entirely new to the company: Lena has been working for us as a temporary employee since 2023 and already knows the company very well. So it’s all the more wonderful that she has now decided to take the next step!
🔍 What is behind the dual study program in mechanical engineering? The dual study program combines practical training in the company with scientific theory at the university. Lena not only learns the basics of engineering sciences – such as mechanics, thermodynamics, design, and electrical engineering – but also applies this knowledge directly in our company.
Typical topics include:
- Development and design of machines and systems
- Materials engineering and manufacturing technology
- Mathematical and scientific fundamentals
- Project work and teamwork in real industrial projects
