Global strategy meeting 2024
In April, the annual global strategy meeting took place in Hechingen, at the foot of Hohenzollern Castle. The task of the 15 participants was to reflect on the defined missions, measures and goals of the corporate strategy “Grounded Growth” and to supplement quantitative goals and measures for long-term success.
During these three days, the participants worked intensively together and discussed solutions on how to tackle the global opportunities and risks in the elastomer processing industry. We have designed this solution along the lines of our customers’ key industries:
– ENERGY DISTRIBUTION
– MOBILITY INNOVATION
– RENEWABLE ENERGY AND STORAGE TECHNOLOGIES
– INFRASTRUCTURE SOLUTIONS
– MINING TECHNOLOGIES
– CONSUMER INDUSTRIES
– MEDICAL TECHNOLOGIES
– OTHER INDUSTRIES
At the end of the strategy meeting, all participants agreed that by continuing to focus on quality and performance, efficient service and a further future-oriented expansion of global cooperation, Klöckner DESMA Elastomertechnik as a group is well positioned to successfully counter the increasing low-price strategy and strongly fluctuating demand. After the three days, each and every one of us returned to the tasks ahead inspired and highly motivated.
