Who is on site?
Garth: Our experienced technician from DESMA USA has been supporting our customers in the U.S. for two years. After two intensive weeks of training here in Fridingen, this week in Slovakia marks the grand finale of his three-week trip.
Tiziano: He is currently in his training phase to become a service technician.
In Slovakia, he is deepening his expertise in SLE, HYE, and temperature control systems to support our customers with the highest level of technical know-how in the future.
Why are we doing this?
Our goal is to guarantee the same high-end service everywhere through continuous training and global exchange. 🛠️✨
