International knowledge transfer and true teamwork across continental borders: Over the past few weeks, we’ve had some fantastic visitors from our global teams here at our site!
🛠️ Mold Design: 2 weeks of intensive knowledge exchange with our colleague from China.
💧 Hydraulics Design: 4 weeks of sharing technical expertise with our colleague from India.
💻 IT: Our Indian IT specialist is currently joining us for 12 weeks to work on forward-looking projects!
In addition to work, we made sure to include some team-building activities: Whether on a trip to Neuschwanstein Castle or to Mainau Island—personal interaction brings us closer together. 🏰🌸
