Nowadays a quarter of a century is a long time for a company and therefore we would like to thank Wolfgang Tarrach for his 25 years of loyalty.

Wolfgang started his career at DESMA in 1997 as a service technician and traveled around the world with and for DESMA for 4 years before he decided to work in the office as a clerk in the spare parts sales department.

In 2006 he then changed to the inside sales department. His main focus was the processing of the countries USA, Sweden, Ireland, England and Turkey, he was also deputy internal sales manager during this time.
From 2010 onwards, Wolfgang Tarrach’s time for further training and career development had come: Years that had it all.

For 2 years, Wolfgang ‘went back to school’ in addition to his work at DESMA and trained part-time to become an industrial specialist. This was an enormous turning point in his career, because during this time he was appointed head of strategic and operative purchasing in 2011 and in 2014 he additionally took over the management of our subsidiary in Slovakia, which he, under normal circumstances, travels to once or twice a month.

Wolfgang Tarrach is a very good example for a career with and at DESMA. As a trained electronic technician for automation, to department manager and managing director.
