A New Chapter for DESMA.
After nearly 20 years as part of Salzgitter AG, Klöckner DESMA Elastomertechnik has been part of the NMP Group since July 30, 2026. This marks the beginning of a new chapter for our company – with the strengths of a medium-sized business environment and a clear focus on the future.
At the same time, our colleagues at all five locations were informed about the change in ownership. The decision was made in accordance with the “best owner” principle and in close consultation with the works council.
We are particularly pleased with the positive response from our employees. The trust and openness they have shown demonstrate that this step is viewed as a great opportunity for DESMA.
