What does a mechatronics technician actually do?
The mechatronics technician apprenticeship is an exciting mix of mechanics, electronics, and computer science. Mechatronics technicians build, maintain, and repair complex machines and systems – from production plants and robots to automated control systems. 📚 Apprenticeship duration: 3.5 years 🏭 Training format: Dual (company + vocational school) 💡 Why mechatronics? Because modern technology no longer functions solely mechanically or electrically – but through the interaction of these disciplines. Mechatronics technicians are the all-rounders who master this interaction and ensure that everything runs smoothly!
