A journey through time – 60 years of DESMA: 2002 & 2003
2002 marks a decisive step toward the future: With the new DESMA Technical Center and Training Center, Dr. Bernd Scholz creates space for innovation, exchange, and customer proximity. The focus is clearly on even more intensive market orientation – technical developments are to be advanced in a targeted manner together with our customers.
Another milestone followed in 2003: a new subsidiary was founded in Povaszka Bystrica, Slovakia. With this ‘extended workbench’, DESMA expanded its manufacturing expertise in the emerging Eastern European market – an important step towards internationalization and increased efficiency.
