Beyond Desma – Janine Graf
Janine has been working for us in personnel management since April 2023 and is therefore the contact person for employees on many different topics. Her tasks include time management, payroll accounting, monthly closing, personnel controlling, personnel analyses and applicant management. Janine really enjoys her work and finds it varied.
Before joining DESMA, she completed her ” A-levels” at the OHG (Otto-Hahn-Gymnasium) in Tuttlingen, followed by a degree in business administration at the university in Sigmaringen. After her studies, Janine worked in the Customer Sales & Support department.
In her free time, she does a lot of sport and enjoys getting out into nature. Janine is always active, whether in the gym, jogging, hiking or now skiing in winter.
She also enjoys travelling – this year the west coast of the USA was on her travel list. Where she will be travelling to next year has yet to be decided – but this is also set to be a major trip.
And as if that wasn’t enough, Janine has supported her father in writing his book “Your Tomorrow Starts Today”. It’s all about fitness and nutrition with numerous recipes and fitness exercises that can help you develop a healthy lifestyle. Respect! – You can buy the book in any bookshop and also on Amazon.
