In 2016, Alexander Höß started working for us as a system administrator in the IT department.
His area of responsibility includes the installation and maintenance of hardware and software. Another task is to support the hotline to help users with any problems that arise and restore functions. The subsidiaries in the USA, India, China and Slovakia are also supported by the DESMA IT team. Furthermore, Alexander takes care of the internal server landscape at our company.

Since Alexander Höß has been with us, he has been able to contribute to many projects, such as the introduction of the Manufacturing Execution System, and to accompany and implement these. The adjustments and training for this are also carried out by our IT. During the SAP implementation in India, he was able to accompany and support his knowledge as an administrator of the design environment in the design area.

Likewise, Alexander has been a member of our works council since 2018.

Privately, he has a motto: HELP INSTEAD OF GAWKING
That’s why he joined the fire department in 1997 and started his career there as a firefighter.
Through various training and further education, he provides his service as a group leader in the operational department.
In his long affiliation, Alexander has always appreciated the comrades of the fire department. The cohesion in the fire department is very important, since one must process together the heights and depths of the operational life. Nevertheless, there are also nice hours in the fire department that are experienced during training, excursions and private meetings.

The fire department of Fridingen is one of the fire departments of the district of Tuttlingen and is responsible for the coverage of the district of Fridingen, Mühlheim, Renquishausen, Kolbingen, Irndorf, Buchheim and Bärenthal. The department currently consists of 45 firefighters and women.

There is also the youth fire department of the volunteer fire department Fridingen, here are children and young people aged between 9 and 18 years. Currently there are 10 junior firefighters and women in Fridingen.

In 2021, the Fridingen fire department has 40 operations contested, in which Alexander was involved in 25.
