DESMA molds are used in a wide variety of industrial sectors. Our project planning department defines the most economical mold design, drawing on a wealth of experience from many thousands of successfully completed mold orders. Our SmartFlow flow simulation software is available to us for the optimal design of sprue systems and the basic definition of the mould structure, which reduces optimization loops or necessary test moulds to a minimum. We design and produce molds at our locations in Germany, the USA, China and India and offer production-ready molds and cold runner systems for all clamping force classes and for all machine makes in our technical center.
