We continue with the DESMA 968.500 ZOZO TWIN (S3), which optimally combines productivity with flexibility: the integrated moving mold platen device enables, by means of two lower mold platens or center mold platens, the demolding of the article or the insertion of inserts in the external station, while the next injection cycle is already being completed inside the machine. The heating platens are designed with 6 control zones to achieve the best possible temperature homogeneity. The 968.500 ZOZO TWIN is available with different heating platen dimensions of up to 1,600 x 1,100 mm in a wide arrangement.
The new mold plate shifting device is optionally also available in a version that can be moved away from the clamping unit either cyclically or only when needed, in order to enable access to the clamping unit from both sides.
The mould can be installed in one piece from the rear of the machine without interference, either with mould changing consoles using a forklift truck. Alternatively, the mould can also be installed plate by plate using the mould plate shifting device.
