Special machines made by DESMA, Part 1:
Customized and special machines, even within turnkey plants, are one of our core competences. A recently developed special machine for the production of large seals has just been delivered to an international customer. The DESMA 968.500 ZOZO TWIN (S3) covers the clamping force range from 5,000kN – 7,000kN and offers a new flexibility for future requirements and a very universal applicability, which minimizes the risk of a product change.
The completely redesigned clamping unit ensures enormous deflection rigidity and thus the best injection results thanks to two fixed, large-dimensioned, fully hydraulic clamping cylinders.
