Special machines made by DESMA, part 5:
Today we are presenting one of our special machines for large-dimensioned sealing systems, the DESMA 968.700 SEALMASTER SPEZIAL.
The use of several clamping cylinders, in this case three, and FEM-calculated pressure introduction elements ensures homogeneous clamping force introduction over the entire mold area. The special heating platens, measuring 2,600 x 1,600 mm, are equipped with specially designed heating zones to ensure optimum temperature homogeneity. These large machines can also be equipped with several movable injection units and can of course also be designed for the use of HTV and/or LSR.
