Congratulations on 10 years of DESMA, Haozhong!
Haozhong Chen was born in China and came to Germany in 2001 to study. He joined DESMA in summer 2014 as Quality and Process Manager at the main site in Fridingen an der Donau. After three years, he took over the management of our subsidiary in China for 5 years. During this time, he built up a new team and increased turnover to its highest level to date. When he returned to Germany in 2022, he became assistant to the global management. In this role, he moderates our global and local strategy meetings, works with the global and local teams to develop strategic actions in all disciplines, coordinates and tracks their implementation. Since summer 2023, Haozhong has also taken over the management of the company in China on an interim basis. The industrial engineering graduate and M.Sc. has now been with DESMA for 10 years – congratulations! A dynamic, interdisciplinary, international career!
