Injection units

The ideal solution for every application

All DESMA machines are equipped with injection units operating on the First-In-First-Out-principle. This means: The material which was plasticized first is also the first to be injected. This involves a constant residence time of the compound in the injection unit at a constant mass pressure. During the whole plasticizing process it is possible to set the mass temperature higher. This results in distinctly reduced cure times.
