Top marks for virtual trade fair presence and for the Bold & Modest initiative. Positive customer feedback.
One month ago, DESMA surprised its customers with the slogan 'unusual times demand unusual responses,' and presented itself
as a partner for opportunity management as part of its Bold & Modest initiative by opening the first virtual trade fair stand in the sector.
The results fully justify the decision to implement these measures: most of the readers of our in-house e-newsletter clicked
into the microsites. Over 700 visitors were clocked up on the trade fair stand in only the first 7 days - usually
involving intensive and lengthy visits. The feedback on these issues was also very encouraging. "It is very important for us to maintain
an active dialogue with our customers on issues such as cutting production costs," says Martin Schürmann, describing the
way forward. There will therefore be additional campaigns as part of the B & M initiative. A sales and marketing workshop covering
these aspects has already taken place.
