An ingenious new clamping system

With its newly developed HydroBalance design, the DESMA D 957 series presses have a completely new type of two-platen clamping system. These smaller presses are specialized for corner moulding on extruded profiles. The traction and pressure-column system, which replaces the customary C-frame, hydraulically prevents any deviation from parallel of the platens. The mould halves are pressed together with absolute parallelism, and there are no lateral loads on guides. In addition, accessibility to the injection unit is significantly better with this design. The well thought out and very stable overall design and its very cost effective price are strong arguments in favour of this machine. |

Rubber or TPE?
- It's up to you.
The D 957.050 ZO HydroBalance ist of course also available as TPE version or with a combined injection unit for rubber and TPE.
