We are constantly conducting further training in our training center that is directly attached
to the Process Engineering Center. In addition to the free-of-charge basic instruction given by
our technicians, our customers are offered thorough courses with a theoretical and a hands-on part. It goes
without saying that our DESMA employees are regularly trained and updated here on the ground.
Advanced courses tailored to your specific requirements and relating to the most different subjects such as
control system, hydraulics, electrical equipment and process engineering enable to tap the full potential of
the precious injection moulding machines. In the calm surroundings of the training classroom highly skilled
instructors explain the subjects by means of various well-structured media. The meaningful training manual is
geared to the course programme and the participants can make additions of their own while leafing through.
This way, the topics discussed can always be quickly recalled or deepened if required. In the hands-on part the
instructor shows exercises which are supposed to be repeated by the attendees independently. Possible uncertainties
are recognized and eliminated. A final test can be done by request. Each attendee receives a certificate afterwards.
Our courses can of course be staged at our customers' locations, also outside Europe.
The availability of further instructors at our subsidiaries in the USA, in India and China ensures moderate travel expenses.
