DESMA USA, Inc is proud of our machine rebuilding programs. Quite often DESMA will purchase late model used machines from the market, recondition them and offer them for sale. Other times customers provide a donor machine for overhauling. Either way, you will receive a machine that looks and performs like a new DESMA at a lower investment cost. Another attractive feature for our customers is the ability to add demold tables, core lifters, silicone stuffers or other options available also on new presses.

In addition, a very popular option is a control system upgrades. We offer DRC 2020 HT control upgrades – just like we provide on our new DESMA presses. These control retrofits utilize new electrical cabinets, a new monitor, I/O and temperature cards plus new position and pressure sensors. This control upgrade, combined with a reconditioned donor press will provide you a machine that will offer many additional years of productive service to your company.
