Christoph 11 on duty
„From receiving the emergency call until arriving at DESMA it took us barely 12 minutes“, said the pilot of the rescue helicopter Christoph 11 stationed in the city of Villingen-Schwenningen located approx. 50 km away, who landed on the forecourt of hall IV about noon on 3 February 2012.
– Thanks to the determined efforts of our first-aid man Daniel Ljubic, the heart attack victim from among our employees received the urgently required medical help quickly. After the colleague concerned complained of the typical symptoms of a heart attack, Daniel Ljubic immediately called the emergency number of the rescue coordination center of Tuttlingen county: „No matter how, we are urgently requiring an emergency doctor here!“
Almost simultaneously the local ambulance and Christoph 11 manned by the emergency doctor called arrived at DESMA.
