Our brand sharpening for a targeted communication with our clients
Over the past few weeks we have conducted a brand sharpening process in our company. Goal is the adaptation and adjustment or our complete communication strategy for an even more targeted communication with our clients.
During this process numerous DESMA employees were polled both quality and quantity-wise to identify our most essential core competences by way of their statements. Likewise, the interviews among many of our customers to scrutinize requirements and needs on their side.
After having received all statements, they were split up into individual ones (more than 1,700) and classified by subjects. Thus it was possible to identify impartially the way of thinking, attitudes and requirements of DESMA and its customers. In a procedure it was determined which core competences of DESMA fit the customer requirements most. From these core competences we defined the so-called brand core competence that from now on, along with the appropriate brand properties, is forming the basis for all future communication measures.
The results of the total process were presented and explained to our staff within the scope of a brand day. Further workshops for the in-house anchoring of the sharpened brand alignment are scheduled. We would like to live our brand and make it this way more tangible for you.
