Joint activities correlating with education, career and world of work are e. g. part of these partnerships. Thus, both cooperation partners can benefit from it.
In this context, the most essential aspects to the young people are hands-on experience as well as information exchange by way of interview training, internships or company tours. Since many young persons are afraid of making the wrong career choice, these co-operations are supposed to support them in gaining practical impressions of different jobs in order to be well-aimed prepared for the requirements of today's working life.
The enterprises in turn profit from this cooperation by presenting their location and outlooks of possible careers to interested pupils in an attractive way and thus to recruit potential junior employees.
